If you are a Retail Customer who purchased a Seaflora product from a website or physical business location that is not seatoskin.seafloraskincare.com, please contact the business or website from which you purchased the product. Each business and website has their own return policy.
Due to the personal hygienic nature of skincare products we do not accept returns or offer exchanges.
Seaflora is not responsible for any damage, defect, material difference, non-delivery, non-pickup or loss of orders that are shipped to a forwarding company. We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders that have been shipped to a forwarding company. Lost, damaged, undelivered, non-picked up or stolen packages shipped to a forwarding company is the responsibility of the forwarding company, please contact them directly.
